Visa Support:
All necessary visa documents will be provided by the hotel. Please complete visa application as early as possible, as it can take 3-4 weeks. All the documents will be emailed to you after your pre-payment and confirmation of hotel registration.
Hotel:
Hotel costs are extremely high during the summer in St. Petersburg, with most hotels booked a half year in advance! However, the Philharmonic Society has created a successful relationship with the 3-star Hotel Azimut to offer our participants nice accommodations for an excellent price. Azimut operates hotels in Germany and Austria, and is one of the largest hotel corporations in Russia. Located very close to the city center, the hotel stands on the Fontanka River and offers splendid views and easy connections into the city.

There is a choice of rooms from Standard to Deluxe. All have options for single or double occupancy. Select the type of room you prefer. Price includes a generous buffet breakfast and taxes.

Additional Touring Options:
For accompanying persons (Musical Tourists) there is an option to book extra guided tours (transportation and guide provided).
* One-day tour to the world-famous summer palaces of the Russian Czars in the environs of St. Petersburg (Pavlovsk and Tsarskoe selo).
* Tour of the Russian Museum that houses the largest collection of Russian art from Medieval icons to Avantgarde works.
* Tour of the gorgeous Yussupov Palace — a real masterpiece of the aristocratic culture that was also where the notorious Rasputin, Siberian peasant who gained tremendous control over the last royal family was murdered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Accommodation: If cancelled after Jun 12, 2020 — penalty is one night cost (banking commissions for the transfer will be also deducted). If after July 2, 2020 – cost of entire stay.
Main Tour Package: If cancelled after July 2– penalty is 25% plus transfer costs, after July 12 — 50%. after July 28 — 75%.
Organizing fee: non-refundable
Lesson Tuition will be returned in full, minus bank commissions irrespective of the time of cancellation.
Deadlines:
* Applications must be emailed by July 1, 2020.
* Upon receipt of email confirming your Application Form and acceptance, bank transfer information will be sent to you.
* Pre-payment (50% of hotel costs and organizing fee) should be transferred promptly before July 12, 2020. Otherwise hotel booking cannot be guaranteed due to the demands of the high tourist season.
* Remaining part of the hotel costs, tour package, and tuition must be transferred before July 28, 2020.
IMPORTANT: The completed Application Form should be sent to BOTH of the following emails by July 1, 2020.
